How to choose size ?

If you don't know your size, the first thing you need to do is measure yourself. It’s important to go with your measurements rather than your actual dress size.

If you can measure your bust, waist, and hips. You can do this by measuring around your chest for bust, around your belly button for waist, and around your hip bones for your hip measurements. Write down your numbers and keep them handy.

YUMKISS does not collect fees for any costs other than the products we sell and shipping. In some unique cases, it is possible your local postal service may request additional fees ex: customs, taxes or VATs. What currency does YUMKISS sell in?

What countries does YUMKISS ship to?

We ship items to countries all around the world. It generally takes 3-5 days or up to 1-2 weeks (depending on the county ) to arrive at it's destinations standard shipping. 

Express shipping is available at an extra cost for customers who wish to receive their items faster than standard shipping.

How do I track my order's progress?

All customers will receive tracking and shipping details via email and text message.

If you have any trouble tracking an order on your own you can contact a member of our customer care department and provide your registered email address and/or order number. Just contact us by clicking  "Customer Care"   we will reply back in less than 24 hours. 

Refunds and Returns

How do I receive my refund?

  1. In the event you are unhappy with your order, we are able to provide full refunds to customers once the item or items are returned back to us. In the event that shipping costs would exceed the value of your items, we will make an agreement with you on your unreturned items.
  2. Tips: Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer care staff provide you with for all our return items. Any return or exchange will be valid after accepted by our customer care center.

What if my order is damaged or defective?

In the unfortunate case that one of our products arrives damaged or defective, we offer full refunds. We ask that you provide a photo of the product to our customer care department to inspect, so that we may work to process your refund request. Please contact us by clicking  "Customer Care" , we will reply back in less than 24 hours.
